V100 SERIES
- The characteristics of materials and finishes of this fixture are the same as the weatherproof lighting fixture with glass globe.
- Applications of the lighting fixture with polycarbonate globe:
- Food processing plants, canneries, dairies, breweries, bakeries and emergency lights.
- Is recommended to avoid food contamination for particles from broken glasses.
- It could be replaced easily for the very high notched impact strenght polycarbonate globe.
- Supply conductor rated 125 °C minimum in ceiling and pendant mount and conductor rated 60 °C in wall mount.
- Do not require guard.
CHARACTERISTICS:
- Clear and transparent, like glass.
- High heat resistance.
- Flammability classification up to UL 94 V-0/1.2 mm or UL 94-5VA/3.0 mm 2600F1, 94HB, F1
- High physical toughness against impacts and scratching.
- Dimensional accuracy and stability.
- Dielectric strengh 32-35 kv/mm (1 mm wall thickness).
- Accepts 75 watts maximum
- USE: LED lamp selfballasted 20 watts
- Not for use in dwellings, when supply wire exceed 90 °C.
- Suitable for wet and damp locations when downlight only.
- Manufactured in compliance with:
- UL 1598
- CSA C22.2 No. 250
- Polycarbonate globe less expensive than glass globe
- Keeps its physical and chemical properties in a range of -40 °C up to 120 °C.
- Shipped without light bulb.
- Accepts maximum lenght lamo: 7” (178 mm).
- Weatherproof fixture are not for use in hazardous locations.
- Recommended silicon gasket for NEMA 4,4X use, and silicone sealing compound in plugs
