V100-PC SERIES

  • The complete series of weatherproof lighting fixtures RAWELT,
    is for industrial use to protect from non-explosive vapor
    non-combustible dusts, corrosive fumes, water and humidity
    To protect socket, lamp and wiring.
    Modern and heavy duty design, it can be used in the interior
    or exterior of industrial plants, tunnels, bridges, security areas,
    freezers, water and waste processing plants, food processing
    areas, etc.
    For use indoors and outdoors.

Material:

  • Diecast aluminum.
  • Thermal shock resistant glass globe and
    polycarbonate globe.
  • Stainless steel screws.
  • Gasket: Silicone.
  • Socket: Porcelain and 200°C wire. Medium base.
  • Saline chamber test according to ASTM B117
  • Paint adhesion test according to ASTM 3359
  • Resistance to mechanical impacts to body according to IK09, thanks to its
    design that does not have elements susceptible to breakage.
  • Shipped with clear glass globe thermal shock resistant.
  • To order a colored glass globe, add the following suffix to the
    code number: R = red, V = green, AZ = blue, AM = amber.
  • Shipped without light bulb.
    Supply conductor rated 125˚C minimum in ceiling and pendant mount and
    60°C in wall mount .
  • Glass working temperature -22˚C up to +230˚C without thermal shock.
  • Not for use in dwellings. When supply wire exceed 90˚C.
    Weatherproof fixtures are not for use in hazardous locations.
    Suitable for wet and damp locations when downlight only
    thermal shock resistant glass globe.
  • PVC Coating: 40 mils minimum.
  • Purple Urethane: 2 mils minimum.
  • Pressure sealing sleeves on conduit openings
  • Maximum length lamp with short coupling: 135 mm
  • Maximum length lamp with long coupling: 160 m
  • Recommended with silicon gasket for NEMA 4,4X IP65 and PTFE tape in plugs.

  • Factory sealed: Refer to installations instructions for external seal requirements.
  • NPT threaded to ensure ground continuity

    Dielectric strength 32-35 kv/mm (1 mm wall thickness).
    Keeps its physical and chemical properties in a range of -40 ˚C up to 120 ˚C.
